Self-coaching for pain management can make dramatic positive differences in life using constructive and self-directed practices.
Over the years, many people have written to me expressing an interest in coaching themselves towards a better life with less pain. They often asked what they can do to help themselves and usually said that there were prohibitive factors preventing them from retaining professional coaching services. This is a problem that I completely understand and sympathize with.
In the early days of my coaching career, I found it very difficult to advise these people on the best course of action. I truly wanted to help them, but I just did not know how effective self-coaching could actually be, since I was accustomed to helping people directly, through my own expert professional coaching services. As time passed and more and more people wrote to me with these requests, I began to develop what would become the world’s very first self-coaching program for chronic pain and illness sufferers.
I knew that the challenge of creating an effectual program of self-provided coaching techniques would be immense. However, I knew that it could be done and so I began to craft my current coaching program into a self-help manual that would guide people during the process of autonomous coaching. The development process was not easy, but was very rewarding for me on many levels.
With time, testing and many revisions, I saw that the program had become very effective and has been instrumental in changing many lives for the better. The program is the next best thing to working with me personally.
Some of the impediments faced by people who want to receive coaching are the monetary costs involved, the time commitment involved or various case-specific criteria, such as phobias, communication concerns or the inability to find the right coach. Self coaching can be performed by anyone, anywhere and anytime in life. The only requirement is the ability to try and keep trying without giving up.
With proper motivation and application of the techniques contained in the program, any person who truly wants to live better can and will. All they need do is start and refuse to quit until they achieve all their self-improvement goals.
Since the self-coaching process can be a real challenge for anyone to accomplish, and can be an even larger hurdle for chronically pained and sick people, I really did everything in my power to make it easy to follow. This way, I know that the vast majority of users WILL be successful and statistics now have confirmed this over many years of record keeping. I get the chance to help people work towards their goals either directly or indirectly, so I am happy and content with the assistance I can provide…
